
Jen and I were invited to Shelton Vineyards on March 22 for the third annual Behind the Bubbles event. The day kicked off with the winery’s resident mixologist, Benson, walking us through two wine cocktails before winemaker Ethan Brown took the reins, giving wine club members an inside look at Shelton’s sparkling program. We sampled a stainless steel Chardonnay straight from the tank, followed by a sparkling Chardonnay and a refreshing sparkling blueberry sangria. From there, it was off to the newly renovated Farm House for a three-course lunch, each dish thoughtfully paired with a Shelton wine.
